Thecompany’s previous system lacked scalability andoperations were becoming more difficult and resourceconsuming for sponsorship managers.Solution OverviewComplete Sponsorship SystemThe aim of the project was to built a complete datamanagement system from the ground, capable ofcentralising PUMA’s entire range of sponsorship deals.After carefully examining the business and technicalrequirements, we designed, developed, tested, andprovided maintenance and support for the new application.Within a few months the system was launched with astable platform in place, allowing PUMA employees to havea detailed overview of the sponsored events or identitiesthey were responsible for, depending on their access level.The web-based application was designed to provide afriendly dashboard view to multiple financial modulesincluding contracts, budgets and licensing agreements.Data manipulation was made possible through a series offilters that enable users to reach the exact informationthey wish to retrieve.PUMA is one of the world’s leadingsport-lifestyle companies thatdesigns and develops footwear,apparel and accessories,distributing its products in morethan 120 countries.The company is known for itsfootball shoes and has sponsoredacclaimed footballers such as Pelé,Diego Maradona, Johan Cruyff, andmany more.
