6. Eligibility Criteria for Patent Exam
 The applicant should have completed 21 years of age and should be
an Indian citizen
 Graduates in technology and science from recognized universities
under Indian law or any other equivalent degree holder from a central
university are eligible to appear for the exam
 Candidates in their final year can also appear after producing mark
sheets, final degree etc. within two months of the declaration of the
patent agent exam results
