  • 1. LORAS COLLEGE ATHLETICS ASSESSMENT
  • 2.  “To be completely honest the situation has been hell. The chancellor is an idiot and the way his administration managed the situation was a like a nightmare. It felt like we had nothing to play for an none to support us. We did not even have the school’s support. My coach had to fight for everything we had.”
  • 3.  “He (Ryan) has never met with us during the entire process, we have a new facility, he has never came over here, there is a perception that he is scared. He put his Vice-Chancellor as the interim AD. It was rocky at first but now he seems to see how we are treated as outcasts.”
  • 4.  “We are a mile away from campus, separated like we are on an island out here. No leadership, not shared involvment in the process with us, coaches, or players. He just does what he wants. Apparently there is a plan, none of us have seen it, not even the top Business Administration AD, he has not been given any input.”
  • 5.  “The management structure should’ve been better. I think the chancellor does care, they just don’t have the resources to support it on their own. It gets lost in the jumble.”
