Inside Out Architecture’s portfolio showcases contemporary architecture with

commercial and private clients on a wide variety of design projects. From newbuild houses with conservation considerations, refurbishing listed properties or
bespoke airport lounges, IOA brings great design to life.​
Client liaison is paramount and each project has a dedicated Project Director and
Project Architect during the design and planning stage through to final completion.
Specialist in-house Planning and 3D Modelling consultants are also on hand for
particularly challenging projects. Once on site, the IOA team have established
relationships with contractors ensuring smooth project management and have an
enviable reputation in designing and delivering projects on time and on budget.

IOA becomes a RIBA chartered
practice
A 14 unit Passivhaus housing scheme in
Kilburn, north London, has been
submitted for planning this week. The
project, consisting of 2 brick clad blocks
containing a number of apartment
types, is sited adjacent to IOA's previous
Cinematographer's House
project. Designed to the highest
environmental standards, we are
excited to see the project moving
forward.
IOA are happy to announce the
completion of a new 5-bed house in a
stunning rural setting in Kent. Situated
near Sandhurst, permeating views of
the surrounding protected woodland
are captured in a sequence of aligned
windows and double height glazed
screens. More photos to follow soon.
Kilburn High Road and Clerkenwell Loft
have both been shortlisted for the
upcoming New London Architecture
"Don't Move, Improve" awards, and will
be exhibited at the Building Centre on
Store Street in London from the 6th
December. Congrats to the architects
and designers involved, and a big thanks
to all others involved in the design and
construction processes for ensuring
their success.
IOA has become a fully chartered
practice with the RIBA as the studio
seeks to broaden its relationship with
the industry and its peers.
As a chartered practice, IOA has
commited itself to maintaining the
highest levels of professionalism while
continuing to pursue an innovative and
dynamic architecture. As members of
RIBA, the institute will also provide the
practice with further professional
support and professional education,
allowing us to provide an even more
comprehensive service to our clients.
