Put a switch in such a way that we can change the position of the battries. Now when the bulb or flashlight willglow with the help of batteryl both the photovolatic cells will produce 6volts each the photovolatic cell 2 will charged battery2 .Photovoltaic cells 1 will give 6volt output.
