INTRODUCTION

In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under
the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various proceedings
on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All the enquiries on
this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to the Controller
General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. Suggestions and comments are requested from all quarters so that
the content can be enriched.

                   as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005.


Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of
opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under
section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,
2006.
Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and
abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as
per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.4/- per page. If any further details are required to be
obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

SPECIAL NOTICE


        Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.


The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.




                                           SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

the ultra mini PCNL access sheath and can be removed by suction. This minimizes the damage to the kidney by manual removal using

notes similar to that of normal flute, only change in the internal generation of note for giving deeper sound than that of normal flute.
This Sameer Flute makes deeper vibrations in small size flute same as like as of flute of bigger diameter and length.

balancing mechanism having two ends, at one end of the balancing mechanism the water discharge mechanism is connected and at
other end the second container is attached, wherein the water discharge mechanism, the second container and the balancing
mechanism are arranged in such manner that at initial position the water discharge mechanism shuts the water discharge port and thus
water gets collected in the first container, after reaching a certain height water is transferred to the second container, as the water is
transferred to the second container the water is filled in the second container, due to balancing effect the water discharge mechanism
opens the water discharge port for providing discharge path to the water and the water discharge mechanism again shuts the water
discharge port when the second container gets empty.

The invention under consideration describes a novel method of processing DDGS (Dry Distillers Grain with Soluble) for extraction of
the oil content. In the process under consideration, the DDGS (Dry Distillers Grain with Soluble) are heated to 70-75 C for softening,
then passed thru a pair of smooth rolls for converting the particles of various sizes into thin flakes. Then from warm flakes of DDGS
(Dry Distillers Grain with Soluble) are converted into collets, by passing these through an Expander. The collets are then cooled to 55-
60 C by means of cooling air. Further, collets are sent to a solvent extractor wherein the solvent (food-grade hexane) is sprayed on top
of the collets bed; as the solvent percolates thru the bed, it absorbs oil, and the solvent-oil mixture (called miscella) is collected. The
miscella is then sent for distillation to separate the oil and solvent; and the de-oiled material, which is soaked in solvent; is sent for
desolventisation. The distillation is accomplished in a series of heaters and flashers, with a steam-stripping column as a finisher. Thus,
now the oil is free of the solvent, and the de-oiled material (called the Meal) is ready as animal feed.

The present invention provides a process for welding end connections to rod ends in shock absorbers, gas springs, spring balances rod
and the like. The welding is done using a high intensity arc for a preset time generated by the arc welding power source. The end
connection / rod held in the electromagnetic slide is pulled back to generate a molten part because of the arc and then pushed back into
the molten part and all used to solidify. Inert gas mixture is purged on the weld to eliminate oxidation and porosity.

Advent of High Resolution Satellite Data (HRSD) with development of high spatial resolution sensors have revolutionized the
generation of large scale maps. Generation of large scale digital utility maps using HRSD involves different methodologies and
includes several steps wherein errors or spatial shift may be induced at any stage of data generation. It may be interesting to note that
the characteristics of the spatial shift vary with methodologies adopted in its processing and has unique implications with respect to
the data usage along with its application. Spatial shifts of points on a satellite data is result of unexpected translation and rotation of
pixel with respect to the original location. Present invention analyzes the spatial shift generated in satellite data with reference to the
change in area and orientation of a group of pixels i.e. conformal and equal area properties of the rectified satellite data.

The present invention presents a methodology for estimation of sediment yield in watersheds where mining activity is observed and
mine dumps are present. This method is more relevant in areas with open cast mining methods are employed and large areas are
affected by the mining activity and large OB dumps are formed. Higher erosion and sedimentation rates may be naturally expected in
such watersheds and methods to monitor these changes are required for adopting sustainable development practices. The original
method for computation of sediment yield using (9) gives lower values as the land use classes especially associated with mining areas
are not reflected in the method. Modified vegetal factor method hence is more appropriate for monitoring and sediment yield
estimation.

In the process under consideration, the DDGS (Dry Distillers Grain with Soluble) are heated to 70-75 C for softening, then passed thru a pair of smooth rolls for converting the particles of various sizes into thin flakes. Then from warm flakes of DDGS (Dry Distillers Grain with Soluble) are converted into collets, by passing these through an Expander. The collets are then cooled to 55- 60 C by means of cooling air. Further, collets are sent to a solvent extractor wherein the solvent (food-grade hexane) is sprayed on top of the collets bed; as the solvent percolates thru the bed, it absorbs oil, and the solvent-oil mixture (called miscella) is collected. The miscella is then sent for distillation to separate the oil and solvent; and the de-oiled material, which is soaked in solvent; is sent for desolventisation. The distillation is accomplished in a series of heaters and flashers, with a steam-stripping column as a finisher.
