Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules, 2006. SPECIAL NOTICE Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III, Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday. The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are discontinued from 01/01/2009. SPECIAL NOTICE Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act. Investigation substituted expensive protein feed resource by Brassica oil meals with characteristics of improved economic efficiency, meeting the nutrient need of maintenance and production of adult and lactating ruminants. Higher levels of monosaturated fatty acids of Brassica products reduced GHG emission from rumen via electron sink mechanism. The bio-active secondary metabolites of glucosinolates improve the neutraceutical properties of animal produce. The investigation involve processing of feed components, formulations of pre-mix, production of pellets, cooling, storage and use in animal feeding. The concentrate feed pellet manufactured used energy feeds, Brassica oil meals as only protein source, sweetener/ taste enhancer, mineral mixture and salt. The pre-mix of these feed resources was then moistened for pellet preparation using industrial pelleting machine. Concentrate pellet thus obtained cooled at room temperature and stored in poly-strip polyester bags for animal feeding. The concentrate pellet contained crude protein 16 percent, fed to have 50 percent daily dry matter intake through investigated pellet. Present invention is concentrate feed pellet for supplementary feeding in ruminants used Brassica oil cake as a single protein supplement, used only concentrate feeds thus having less fiber, higher protein and energy, did not use any antibiotic preparations, used industrial pelleting machine thus providing industrial application and does not require any pre-processing of feed resources. Investigation reduced cost by Rs. 300-500 for each 100kg of concentrate pellet feed production. Pellets feeding to lactating animals as per requirement considering nutrient need of maintenance and milk production, animals maintained milk production and their chemical constitute, nutrient intake and digestibility, live weights, hemato-biochemical Indian Council of Agricultural Research Sheet No. 10 of 11 o-BEt ltt« constituents and rumen fermentation metabolites, while having sound health and, body coat and colour. Braasica oil meal (mustard cake), with 72.6-Mmol total glucosinolate contributing 18.0-mmol total giucosinolate per kg pellet feed, tolerated well in ruminant animals. Manufactured concentrate pellet relished by animals. Therefore, investigated concentrate feed pellet can be used in ruminant animal feeding as concentrate supplement with optimum productivity, health, efficiency of feed utilization and higher economic efficiency. Guar korma have bioactive metabolites that improve the neutraceutical properties of animal produce. The investigation involve processing of feed components, formulations of pre-mix, production of pellets, cooling, storage and uses in animal feeding. The concentrate feed pellet manufactured used energy feeds, guar korma and urea as only protein sources, molasses, mineral mixture and salt. The pre-mix of these feed resources was then moistened for pellet preparation using industrial pelleting machine. Concentrate pellet thus obtained cooled at room temperature and stored in gunny bags for animal feeding. Investigated concentrate pellet contained crude protein 17 percent, crude fat 4 percent, total ash 6 percent, neutral detergent fiber 24.8 percent, cellulose 12.5 percent and total carbohydrate 73 percent, which was fed to have 50 percent daily dry matter intake through investigated pellet. Present invention is concentrate feed for supplementary feeding in ruminants did not use cakes as protein supplement. Investigation reduced cost by Rs. 500-900 for each 100kg of concentrate feed production thus having higher economic efficiency. Investigated concentrate feeding as per requirement considering nutrient need of maintenance and milk production, animals maintained milk production and their chemical constituent, nutrient intake and digestibility, live weights, hemato-biochemical constituents and rumen fermentation metabolites, with sound health and, body coat and colour. Manufactured Indian Council of Agricultural Research Sheet No. 11 of 12 concentrate pellet relished by animal. Therefore, investigated concentrate feed can be used in ruminant animal feeding as concentrate supplement for optimum productivity, health, efficiency of feed utilization and higher economic efficiency. The excessive excavation of natural sand changes the position of river streams, harmful for aquatic lives, posing serious environmental, technical and commercial problems. The physical characteristic of natural sand changes from place to place and also with time even from the same place. The quality and quantity of sand is not consistent, which delays the projects and causes escalation of cost of projects. Considering all these limitations, there was an urgent need to find out an alternative fine aggregate for concrete for sustainable development of construction industry. Therefore, the artificial sand, getting by crushing the hard quarry stones, is a better alternative. The supply of this artificial sand is consistent, its quality remains constant and it is cheaper in cost. These various advantages of this artificial sand are already discussed in previous pages. The quality of cement concrete is improved by using artificial sand as fine aggregate. This is proved by rigorous testing in research laboratory by me. The compressive strength of concrete is an index property of it. There is 5 to 15 percent improvement in its compressive, flexural and split tensile strength over it companion concrete mix of natural sand concrete. Hence the artificial sand concrete is a best alternative to natural sand concrete with improved compressive strength, viable even at lower cost. Improvement towards the current model that relies heavily on the key of the user is proposed which helps in the functioning of the locker with biometric and password. The main functioning of the system could be split into three main phases - the Manager unlocking the strong room, manager unlocking the locker of a particular user using the locker id and the user unlocking their safe deposit lockers. The main features that are proposed in the new mechanism is the dual tier authentication - one by the manager and one by the user for their identities, secure individual authentication with their biometrics and the access only to the concerned individuals for their safe deposits lockers. The main problems that are prospectively addressed are the lack of complete individual authentication mechanism for any individuals operating the safe deposit lockers and the managers operating the strong room containing the safe deposit lockers. The three phases are designed in fashion such that they are dependent on each other. A manager responsible for the operation of the safety deposits is assigned in a daily basis by the central regional office of that particular financial institution. The manager is then asked to enter the biometric and the password assigned to them against their corresponding staff id. On successful validation of the input provided by the manager, the strong room is then unlocked. This provides access to the user to operate their safe deposit lockers. Then the manager unlocks the locker of a particular user who have requested for access using the locker id. Then the user is asked for the account number along with their password and the biometric, after successful validation is given the access to the safety deposits. The system is designed so as to improve the authentication mechanism of any individual along with the ease and convenience in allotment of managers involved in this process on a daily basis by the central regional office. A row marker, fitted along with seeding unit, marks rows simultaneously, helping consistent and equi-spaced seeding. All operations are done using motive power of wheels only. This equipment simultaneously performs many operations, saving lot of labor and time. The drive system incorporated is The electrical drive system. This is accomplished by making use of stepper motors one for each axis. The distinct parts of Mechro are the upper arm, lower arm, the gripper and base. The arms are made of Aluminum and its houses the drive system consisting of motors, sprockets, chains and gears. The gripper is also made of Aluminum. Mild steel screw shaft at the end of the lower arm provides the linear movement of the gripper. The Base of Robot is made of a heavy material whose main function is to support whole unit in stable condition during operation. Stepper motors have been chosen to avoid feedback, reduce cost, and make the control system less complicated. The stepper motors were controlled through a computer. This facilities the programmer to write the control programme in any convenient language. On completion of Fabrication the experimental robot was assembled and tested for working. The motors were run and tested for the specified speed. The Gripper assembly was tested and the following results were inferred. The Gripper opening and closing was found to be 0-35 mm. The roll of the Gripper was 360°. For every revolution of the gripper the M-12 screw advanced by 1.7 mm (pitch) giving the vertical linear movement of the gripper. Next the rotations at the axes were examined and the rotation of the elbow axis was found to be equal to 255° and at the shoulder axis 360° rotation was obtained. The gripper was found to grip a load of 1 kg. The robot is command to move 20 inches and the actual move is measured and found to be 19.9 inches. In some embodiments, all of the conductive traces can be located on the back surface of the photovoltaic cells for conduction of electric current generated by the photovoltaic cells when illuminated. Alternatively, conductive traces can further be located on a front surface of the photovoltaic cells and can be electrically coupled to corresponding contact pads by electrical connectors.
