The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are discontinued from 01/01/2009. The necessity was felt to find out the root cause of failure and suggest remedial measures to arrest failures. The failures of rubber fuel tank were studied in depth. It was found that failures are because of hardening of tank rubber due to high temperature in this zone. Convective heat transfer by heated engine is identified as source of heat. Initially, the heat transfer calculation was performed based on heated air at a temperature of 200 °C is present at nacelle area. In practical scenario, it is difficult to create the effect of ram air flow for convective heat transfer. Hence, to match practical experimental analysis, theoretical calculations have been refined and subsequently results of both the analysis are compared to get the fair idea of accuracy of results. Theoretical analysis has been conducted in seven configurations to compare the results & arrive to optimum configuration. Gallic acid .Caffeine, Theobromine and Theophylline etc. along with at least one β-lactam antibiotic like Cefotaxime, Ceftriaxone, Ceftazidime, Cefepime and Penicillin etc. The antibiotics and potentiators are easily available in the market. The formulation is effective against highly drug resistant UTI bacteria viz. Enterobacter cancerogenus MAB-1, Escherichia furgusonii GCR-1, Shigella flexnerii SMB-1 and Spingomonas paucimobilis to the extent of 9899% in 2-5 hrs. The method is characterized by: adding either a silicone oil and/or an aqueous alkanolamine solution in which an organosulfur compound represented by general formula (A) or (B) is dissolved to the solution present in the absorption tower and/or the solution returned from the regeneration tower to the absorption tower; and controlling the composition of the absorbing solution present in the absorption tower in a manner that makes the content of the alkanolamine falls within the range of 30 to 60wt% that makes the content of the organosulfur compound falls within the range of 0.01 to 2wt% and that makes the content of the silicone oil falls within the range of 5 to 100ppm (by weight). The power converter is provided with: a rectifier that converts an alternating current into a direct current; a power inverter that converts a direct current into alternating current electric power with a variable voltage and variable frequency; an alternating current motor the speed of which is controlled by the alternating current power; a current detector that detects the current of the alternating current motor; and a control unit that controls each of the aforementioned parts according to the current detected by the current detector. The control unit comprises: an adder/subtracter that adds electronically when the alternating current motor is operating in overload and when the alternating current motor is not operating in overload subtracts a weighting commensurate with the square time product of the current detected by the current detector during overload from the cumulative value obtained by the addition during overload; and an electronic thermal heat timing unit that stops the alternating current motor in the event of an overload operation based on the integrated value in the adder/subtracter and preset electron thermal heat time limit characteristics.
