Add a professional picture (brand yourself)
Add a professional email address so recruiters can find you easily
Websites – Add up to 3 websites, always select “other” so you can brand your company, blog, association, etc.
Twitter – add your twitter account
Public Profile URL – set it and make yourself publically visible
Summary - Add information on what types of positions you recruit for, include website link again and email address
Work – use keywords to attract recruiters
Applications – add applications like Slideshare, blogs, etc in this section – it is all about branding & connecting
