We have a vast selection of art available. Whilst there are only a limited number of works at our site at any given time, we have access to all our artists work and can make any suitable items available on our website to assist you choosing your categories, style, artist and size.
When you have chosen your artworks they will be reserved for a maximum of 5 working days. Due to the high demand for artworks, it is important that client confirmation is received to ensure your selected works are reserved.

Rental Agreement
The Rental Agreement will list all of the selected artwork including the retail value of the works and their monthly rental cost.
Insurance
You, as the client are responsible for the care and insurance of all artworks whilst they are in your possession. We will advise you of the value of the artwork for these purposes (as detailed in the Rental Agreement).

Payment
You will be invoiced for your rental term in advance. There is a minimum rental period of 3 months and a once off rental fee to establish your account. The first payment is required before artworks can be delivered. Rental fees are tax deductible for businesses with an ABN. Should you need more than one hour with one of our art consultants their time will be charged at $149 per hour after the first hour consultation.
Delivery & Installation
All artworks are framed or mounted with a hanging system on the rear. Interactive Arts will arrange delivery and installation. We will include the cost of packing and delivery in our art rental quote.

You, the client are responsible for the costs of installing an appropriate hanging system should this be necessary as this will remain as a permanent fixture. We will include an estimate in our initial quote if relevant (installation is charged at the rate of $90.00 per hour plus materials).

Expiry of Agreement
At the end of the contract period, you are welcome to renew your current rental agreement or change the selection of artworks. At the end of every 6 month period you have the option to purchase one artwork at a discounted price.

So how much does it cost to rent an artwork?
We make it easy for you to work out how much any artwork from Interactive Arts will cost to rent. All prices are calculated as a percentage of the sale price of the artwork. The table below calculates how much it is to rent $5000 worth of artwork. Of course, when you have made your final selection, we will calculate all the prices for you.

Should you wish to rotate paintings then this can be done on a 6 monthly basis and you will be charged at a rate of 2.5% of Retail Value of the art in question.Artwork prices range from between $300 and $3000 and are tax deductible for Companies with an ABN.
