It didn’t work
well for us…
So I was recruited
to launch a new
intranet…
…in 12 weeks!
I talked to lots of
people about
what wasn’t
working…
…and how we
could share and
collaborate better
We launched
The Wall
People loved it.
I visited
all 120 locations…
…and talked to
staff about
The Wall…
…and showed
them how easy it
was to use.
I show every
new starter how
to use The Wall in
induction
And I created a
quarterly newspaper
The Wall Paper
All this has had a
dramatic effect
on sharing &
collaboration
From 1 blogger
before The Wall

We have
42
today
We have lots of
really active
discussion forums
People can actually
find
what they need…
…and have said
some really nice
things about me
& my Intranet
