    Notes on slide 1

You have invested significant time with your policyholder’s business, mitigating potential risks and boosting operating efficiencies. Your help grants the business owner the time to focus on other important issues of running a business such as establishing a customer base and developing a solid reputation with suppliers, local officials and the community at large. What would happen if all that went up in smoke – literally? Or was devastated by a flash flood or an earthquake? Natural disasters can and do devastate large portions of our communities with remarkable speed.
