  10. 10. • Link the school’s database by using computer to facilitate budgetting, accounting and reporting in the financial management aspect.• In facilities matter, they will use computer communication to link the schools database to plan facility scheduling, maintenance and inventory so that it would be more easier for the management in handling the facilities in school.• They also used computer communication to link the school to external constituencies like network resources such as Internet for the purpose of research, to link the schools database to central resource database to regulate and organise educational resources, for the purpose of acquiring centralised IT support for the school in technology management.
