  • 16. Naming Files• If you rename a file don’t change the extension – Myfile.pdf the .pdf is important it tells the computer how to open the file• One teacher reported that an extra long file name was truncated so did not open correctly.

  • 18. PowerPoint files• Need PowerPoint on the computer to open• Alternatives – Save as .pdf – Convert to a web page (needs to zipped and uploaded)
  • 19. Something Different• Link directly to interactive websites• YouTube videos• Narrate a PowerPoint (creates a video)
