Presentación dentro del CleanTech Forum 2013, celebrada del 16 al 19 de abril en Bilbao. IBIL nace fruto de un acuerdo de colaboración entre el Ente Vasco de la Energía (EVE) y REPSOL. Tras la firma de este acuerdo en octubre de 2009 y la posterior elaboración del plan de negocio, se constituye la sociedad el 13 de octubre de 2010, participada al 50% entre los dos socios promotores.
