  • Three vertices of a rectangle ABCD are A(­9, 0), B(5, 4),  and C(7, ­3) a. Find the coordinates of the fourth vertex of the     rectangle. b. Find the perimeter of the rectangle c. Find the area of the rectangle. 
  • A triangle has vertices are A( ­4, ­2 ), B( 2, ­8 ), and C( 4, 6 ). Is  this a right triangle?  Verify your answer. 
  • Show that the quadrilateral with vertices at A(­5, ­2),  B(1, ­1), C(4, 4), and D(­2, 3) is a parallelogram. 
  • Line l1 contains the points ( x, 3) and ( ­2, 1). Line l1 is  perpendicular to line l2 which contains the points ( 5, ­2)  and (1, 4). Find the value of x. Explain your rationale. 
  • Line l3 contains the points ( r, 3) and ( ­2, 1). Line l3 is  parallel to line l4 which contains the points (5, ­2) and  (1, 4). Find the value of r. Explain your procedures. 
  • Given that AC = EC, and BC = DC explain why it is that AB = ED.  A D C B E
