  2. 2. Box sidesJ77-B85-J87 Preparation of tire clearance and custody bending, right and left. Carry Over of the current implementation of the models B85, J77 and R77. Validation of tools, models, clamps, clips, implementation and process. Robot path generation.
  3. 3. Gate J77 Welding, seaming and pre-seaming. Validation of tools, claws, clips, implementation, and process. Robot path generation.
  4. 4. Stock base for J87 Carry-over of the installation of a new vehicle J87 on existing lines that manufacture J77 and B85 to be trivalent. The work consists to analyze the impact of implementing the new vehicle on the process, distribution of welding points, choice of clips, modification and / or creation of new tools, and creation of the trajectories of the robots.
  5. 5. HIRIKO project We are developing the manufacturing line for the assembly of all the modules of the Hiriko (electric vehicle). There are two different models for this assembly plants: 3 vehicles per shift and 8 vehicles per shift.

HIRIKO project We study the order cycle, takt time, operator number, logistic centre model, design of the trolleys to transport the modules, warehouse sizing , work area design, list of work operations, list of tools, design of the manipulators to place the modules, design the system to transport the vehicles along the line, lay- out…
  7. 7. AGEVISIO We designed a work cell to test an aplication of computer vision. It consist of: Kuka robot (including programming), work table, manufacturing device to place the parts, vision equipment (including programming), security devices, electric system / control system (including PLC’s programming).
  8. 8. SENSAUT Design of a common rail (with integrated sensors) and labeled set (with integrated sensor) within a virtual environment and the design of the lay-out for the area of the production line responsible for assembling the final sets and measuring the defined parameters (including manufacturing tools and manipulators). Packaging design of the electronics for proper handling assembly area, avoiding the risk of deterioration.
