Inga Gogaladze from Georgia is submitting her portfolio to become a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. She believes this designation will help her meet other educators, stay innovative in her teaching methods, and further her professional development. Inga uses PowerPoint and AutoCollage in her lessons and has her students make presentations. Becoming an expert will improve her teaching strategies and help her students' results by allowing her to be a 21st century teacher with modern skills. She also plans to train and coach colleagues to build educator capacity in her community.

Educator Expert?
1. It will help me to meet other Educators and share
their experience.
2. It will give me a chance to be Innovative teacher.

3. How I use Microsoft technologies in innovative ways?
I made power point presentations for new lessons or
for learning projects. My students also are making
pp.

4. AutoCollage is very good way for photo mix. I
also use Photosynth. Students like them.

5. How do I think being an MIE Expert will impact my
teaching?
• Be MIE Expert will improve my teaching strategies,
which helps me to improve my students studying
results. It give me chance to be 21s century teacher
with modern skills.

6. I will try to build educator capacity in my
community (school, district or at training events)
by training and coaching colleagues and inviting
them to join the online Microsoft Educator
Community.
