What For?
Challenge:
The Sales Manager needs to send monthly reports to each of his manufacturers reps about their individual accounts. He spends too much time running each of the reports individually, exporting as PDF files, attaching them to emails and sending them.
Solution:
eBirdMail automatically sends out the emails with reports attached on the first of every month. Time spent by the Sales Manager: Zero
Challenge:
The Order Entry system is older and doesn’t automatically send Order Acknowledgements and Invoices by email. Customer Service spends an hour every day printing them to PDF and attaching them to emails.
Solution:
eBirdMail sends the invoices nightly. Order Acknowledgements are sent out individually or once a day as a batch.
