  4. 4. In the beginning: •  Occupancy & Statistics •  average for each financial year since we started is 63%, 78%, 77%, 71% and 81% so far this year.

  6. 6. New Initiative: •  January 2014 in conjunction with a former patient TACP sent Information packs to the GP’s in Armidale. •  These outlined TACP services, admission processes and included a coloured reminder to put up in their office
  7. 7. A simple prompt for the Doctor:
  8. 8. TACP is a National Program! •  There are 4000 TACP places in Australia
  9. 9. ACAT Teams are Nationally Occurring: •  The ACAT teams are all over Australia
  10. 10. Home Sweet Home: •  Clients who are on holidays and are hospitalised unexpectedly should have access to the TACP at home if it is in place.
