  5. 5. QUMAX The QUMAX program aims to remove barriers for the Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The program aims to improve QUM through a range of support services, which are provided by participating Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) and pharmacies in rural and urban Australia.
