The two day conference is supported by the Australasian Tunnelling Society and brings together tunnelling leaders, engineers and industry experts to share best practice in tunnelling design, construction, safety and maintenance.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS • Prequalification – already completed • Tendering with a Competitive dialogue: 1. the provisional bids in which the prequalified contractors describe how they will solve the tasks in technical terms, but without pricing information (submitted in January 2014). 2. the dialogue phase will then last until the end of June 2014. 3. in September 2014 the contractors must submit binding bids with prices specified.
