  4. 4. How did we implement the solution? • File Transfer Protocol (ERP System & RFID Cloud Solution) • RFID tag goods on receipt • Nightly scan when the hospital is quietest • FTP allows automatic update of inventory (+/-) • FTP enables automatic re-ordering of inventory
  5. 5. Reports obtained • Daily stock on hand report for each area of the hospital • Daily items used report • Suggested re-order report • Where to find items report • Soon to expire stock report
