Role-based forms in Microsoft Dynamics® CRM 2011 provide organizations with the Click Here ability to tailor data – and its presentation – to the role of the user. In this scenario, we will build upon the customized Account form we created in the Declarative Model demonstration. We are now going to limit the availability of this customized form to a selected group of Microsoft Dynamics CRM users. 2. Click Form. To do so, we click Customize, and then select Form. Since we already customized the form in the Declarative Model demonstration, we simply need to assign security roles to Click Here this form. 4. Select the second radio button. By selecting "Display only to these selected roles," we can specify the Click Here employees by role—who can access this customized form. 6. Click the Sales Manager check box.
