  • About The Information Design Lab at the School of Design of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University is a research and consultancy unit dedicated to investigating what makes the design of information relevant, usable, understandable and attractive. Adopting a user-oriented approach in its applied research, the primary focus of the lab is on the processes that influence how people recognize, make sense of, process, remember and learn various types information, so that we can design more effective communication tools for our users.
