The protective factors against childhood overweight/obesity: • being male; • having been breastfeed; • having been born from mothers who did not smoke during pregnancy; • engaging in little sedentary behaviours • performing, at least, 1 hour of moderate physical activity every day; • having parents with higher educational levels and BMI within the healthy ranges.
