Why Does This Happen?The programs in our brains determine the success that we make of things in life.We need to reprogram our brains about fear and our attachment to outcome rather than living in the moment and enjoying the process of getting there! Can We Do Anything About It?We can reprogram our brains through:• Meditation• Breathing Exercises• We could even fake it and tough things outBut the best way to resolve these emotions is take a look atthem and see if they are actually valid. Now You Just Need to Take Action!Top tips for tackling tasks, that seem like mountains to you:• Acknowledge why you are panicking and let go of that feeling.• Pull yourself up for feeling sorry for yourself.• If you feel that what you are taking on is too much, break it down into smaller steps and tasks.• Make lists of what you want to accomplish and set time frames around them.• Only do the things that are important or necessary dont get bogged down in irrelevant details.
