3. Construction of biteplane in lightcure resin
• Triad VLC material adapted to palate.
After excess material is trimmed off,
borders are readapted with Triad
plastic instrument.
Resin cured for 10 seconds each in several
places.
Small amount of uncured resin added to
anterior section to establish bite plane
contour.
Patient closes gently to desired vertical
opening.
Added resin cured for 20 seconds.
Finished bite plane cured for five
minutes in Triad II VLC unit.
