    Stress is a term in psychology and biology, first coined in the biological context in the 1930s, which has in more recent decades become a commonplace of popular parlance. It refers to the consequence of the failure of an organism – human or animal – to respond appropriately to emotional or physical threats, whether actual or imagined.

    -this are common symptom of stress. It can be cause by any number of things but tension related.

  • 8. Hans selye (1907-1982)
    -is a Canadian physician, did much important theoretical work on the physical effects of stress.
    -he allegedly discovered the stress syndrome when in medical school. He observe that people who had various illnesses same to share a quality of sickness.
    -he also discover and documented tat stress defers from other physical responses in that stressful whether the one receives good and bad news.
  • 9. conclusion
    Stress is either neutral, negative or positive.. Everyone experiences stress at times — adults, teens, and even kids. So don’t think too much of our problem to avoid stress.
