Whole Numbers

Whole Numbers There is no fractional or decimal part in a whole number. And no negatives. Example: 5, 49 and 980 are all whole numbers.

Natural Numbers

Natural Numbers The term "natural number" refers either to a member of the set of positive integers, or to the set of nonnegative integers. However, there seems to be no general agreement about whether to include 0 in the set of natural numbers.
