  • 2. Add subtitle to video on iPhone 5s I like my new iPhone 5s and I always use it to watch video. But recently I’ve realized a problem that the iPhone 5s can’t support external subtitle. That means if the video has not embedded subtitle, you can’t load other subtitles jus like what you do with the PC video player. Luckily I’ve found a way to embed subtitle to video. Let’s check it out.
  • 3. 1. Get imElfin Video Converter With imElfin Video Converter we can easily add external subtitles to video and convert the video to the proper format for iPhone 5s.It’s easy to use. Click here to download.
  • 4. 2. Add video Click the “+” button to add new video file to imElfin Video Converter. You can also drag the video to the window.
  • 5. 3. Add subtitle Search and download the subtitle for your video on the Internet (subscene.com). Click the subtitle option in imElfin Video Converter. Choose “Add Subtitle” to add new subtitle file.
  • 6. 4. Set output format Click “Edit” at the top of window. Then choose “Settings” to set output format. Click “Profile” and choose “iPhone” – “iPhone5 H.264 (1136*640) (*.MP4)”.
  • 7. 5. Convert video Click the blue button to start video converting. The process may take some times.
  • 8. 5. Convert video The new video now has subtitle
  • 9. 6. Transfer video to iPhone 5s The last thing you need to do is to transfer the video files to your iPhone 5s. But this time you can choose another way of transferring, not iTunes – the imElfin iTransfer. It’s a light program and easy to use. Click here to download.
