      • In 2004 Ebay purchased 25%
      • of craigslist
      • Craigslist is a centralized network of online communities, featuring free online classified ads– with jobs, internships, housing, personals, erotic services, for sale/barter/wanted, services, community, gigs, résumés, and pets categories – and forums on various topics.
      • A new form of news print classified ads
      • Generated $81 Million in 2008
      • It uses Mediated form of communication from email to phone number listings.
      • About 50 million visits per month, 40 million are from the United States.
      • Craigslist does not have a logo or icon that is recognizable
