  • 1. BAKED APPLES FILLED WITH WALNUTS PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL NO. 3 DOICESTI 6 th Grade 12 – 13 years

    • Ingredients
    • (4 portions):
    • 8 big apples
    • 300 grams of baked walnuts
    • 6 spoons of sugar
    • 1 spoon of lemon peel
    • a drop of vanilla
    • cinnamon
    • 50 grams of butter
    • 3- 4 spoons of milk
  • 3. Way to do it: We clean the apples and take out the core.
  • 4. Then we bake the walnuts and after that we crush them and mix them with the sugar, vanilla, lemon peel, cinnamon, the milk and butter. We mix them well in order to obtain a paste.
  • 5. With this paste we fill the apples without the cores.
  • 6. Separately we put baking paper in a tray and put the apples on it. We put them into the oven and let them bake for 40 minutes, until the apples turn golden.
  • 7. We take them out and serv them with milk or cream.
  • 8. Have a nice meal!
