I Keep It Classic is an independent lifestyle brand that provides event platforms for entrepreneurs, independent artists, and tech startups, while simultaneously integrating art, music, technology, education, and community involvement into all aspects of I Keep It Classic, from hosting events to independent client representation. I Keep It Classic LLC represent all facets of grassroots marketing and new consumer retention. We are currently working with entrepreneurs and startups throughout the United States and a select group of international independent musicians. Our unmatched connections, know-how, exclusive events, and industry influences help brands better understand their power as an individual talent. Our grassroots marketing expertise has the ability to influence and reach large groups of influential people, brands, and potential consumers. We utilize diversity, mixed research methodologies, up-to-date technology, global perspectives, and active community involvement in all we do. I Keep It Classic LLC Partnership /Sponsorship: I Keep It Classic believes in each brand it represents, every event hosted, and every sponsor selected. Our positive image comes with proven results. We work with highly diverse sponsors, and we seek sponsors that have similar business ideologies and visions as I Keep It Classic. Each sponsor is carefully chosen catering to the image of every entity represented. Beyond event management, brand strategy, graphic design and collateral production, I Keep It Classic offers measurable growth solutions. Each sponsorship property or vehicle has certain associated images in the consumer’s mind that transfer to the sponsor,” (Tony Meenaghan, 1996, Sloan Management Review). I KEEP IT CLASSIC LLC OFFER SPONSORS THE FOLLOWING:  Database maintenance, scrubs, vertical lists  Volunteer Management  Membership reports  Membership drives, retention strategies Administrative:  Communication with all principals involved in association  National Liaison – calls, reports, etc.  Prompt and professional response to all association inquiries, calls, email, etc.  Mailings - Snail & E-mail  Sponsorship benefit fulfillment Meetings:  Requests for Proposals (RFP's)  Vendor negotiations, contracts  Venue (locations, contracts, specs, set up)  Food & Beverage requirements, review of BEOs  Audio Visual vendor coordination  PowerPoint Presentations  Podcasting  Registration staff, signage, name tags, general meeting supplies, speaker gifts, and more  Online registration and meeting fee collections  Pre and post registration reports and tracking  Communication & coordination of speakers, panelists, PowerPoint's, etc.

Venues: Erosol Capacity: 400 What is IKIC SHOWCASE: This monthly event provides an outlet to present your music related tech startup to a panel of industry experts, early adopters, and representatives from the angel / VC community. In addition we showcase, develop and produce a monthly music industry networking night and independent artist showcase at; Erosol Music Venue, on Edgewood Ave in the Old 4th Ward Historic District. This showcase will bring talent bookers, agents, label reps, managers, artists, techies and other music industry professionals under one roof to network and celebrate new music and music related technology.

Package Details: $4,000.00 per month (exclusive sponsor)  Sign advertisement in key locations at venue  Your Company will be listed in our event guide issued to attendees as an official Sponsor of the IKIC Showcase  Sponsorship announced over PA during event performances  Logo appears as official sponsor on IKIC Showcase 2014 Tee-Shirts.  Signage at Entertainment areas acknowledging you as a Premier Event Sponsor.  Your company may provide representatives to promote your services, products, etc. You may give away products, offer current promotions and deals, collect potential consumer information, create brand and product awareness….  Free Festival Tee-Shirt to members of your team that attend event as Sponsor representative with your Brand Logo appearing as a Premier Sponsor  Exclusive Video & Photo content from showcase  Artist Interviews  Onsite Branding  Banner Placement  Logo included in on-stage projection loop throughout event showcase  Product Sampling  Live Booth  Online Exposure: I Keep It Classic Networks: Website, Facebook, Press Release, E- blasts, Twitter, etc.  Showcase Media Partners  Promo materials in IKIC goodie bags  Festival  Original Viral Content will be produced in conjunction with the event, which can be used as brand marketing. Package Details: $3,000.00  Sign advertisement in key locations at Festival Main Event venue.  Your Company will be listed in event guide issued to attendees as an official Sponsor of the IKIC Showcase 2014.  Sponsorship announced over PA during Main Event performances at venue location.  Logo appears as official sponsor on IKIC Showcase Tee-Shirts.  Signage at Entertainment areas acknowledging you as a Premier Festival Sponsor.
