But I quickly want to tell you that WE HAVE DONE PROJECTS in GOVT environment GOVT PROJECT: Consortium of NYS-DOH, UW of NYC, NYC DoH (FeedNYC.ORG) A web based system to manage data for 1000+ soup kitchens & shelters across NYC.. A system was needed to link resources and share information between United Way of NYC, the NYS Department of Health, the NYC Department of Health, the NYC HRA, Food for Survival and City Harvest (collectively referred to as “User Consortium”). Royal Bank of Canada: IIT Consultants assisted the client in implementing a Web Based Workflow / Document Management System for the Investment Bankers. This system included functionality for SEC Compliance and Customer Reserves as it relates to equity, cash and fixed-income instruments. A key component of this system included a managing a repository of confirmation and statement documents. Statements were stored in the database in Adobe's PDF format. Verisign IIT Consultants participated in design of Verisign's network including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and migration projects involving Cisco Routers and Switches. The proposed network includes going from current FDDI backbone to packet over SONET based OSPF backbone (using OC3 scalable to OC192) and Gigabit Ethernet internally. Morgan Stanley IIT Consultants participated in Technology Refresh project which involved installation and configuartion of over 3200 PC and UNIX machines across various sites in NY

IIT’s activities include designing, installing and fully integrating project into live operating environments. Meeting the performance and inter-operability requirements remains IIT’s responsibility and shall be remedied at IIT’s expense.  This involves Project / IT Management and Planning, Business Process Analysis and hardware/software procurement . e.g. For the NYS-DOH/United Way project, IIT is required to provide 3-year of support services after implementation .
