Together we will help our industry in Russia to grow older, get stronger and become a serious player on the international hospitality market. The participants of the club are top managers and professionals of hotels based in Russia and Worldwide, HoReCa representatives, owners and investors, developers and suppliers of the industry. The company’s founders are IFK Hotel Management (www.ifk-hm.com/about.htm), HVS Executive Search (www.hvs-executivesearch.com/AboutUs), Frondesk.ru (www.frontdesk.ru) Description of The Director Operations will be responsible for the following: Position • Management and administration of HIT Club operations; • Increasing the number of the club members; • Promotion and sales of the additional club services and activities; • Creation of the club professional image; • Minimizing operational costs and maximizing the club profits according to the approved and agreed business plan; • Administration of the club website; • Organizing monthly HIT Club Business Breakfasts and other professional events; • Generation and implementation of commercially valuable ideas and services for club members. Reporting Relationship The Director Operations will report directly to HIT Club shareholders. Professional The desired candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hospitality industry Qualifications experience, desirably in sales and marketing and/or in public relations. Ideally the person should have a combination of international hotel and hospitality management company experiences. The best candidate must have strong organizational skills, advanced level of English, excellent presentational skills, and possess a highly professional look. The candidate must also be a skilled negotiator at different levels and have the ability to close deals. Personal As a Director Operations of HIT Club, the candidate should be highly confident of Qualifications their abilities and be considered a detail-oriented person who can tackle complex administrative and organizational assignments. The candidate should also assume responsibility quickly and be able to make her/his own decisions. The individual should be always keeping abreast of all new trends and developments in the hospitality industry via the internet, publications, hospitality journals and online communities to discover the key issues/developments. One of the key qualifications for the candidate is to be able to network and promote ideas online via appropriate social communities, web-sites, forums etc. , to keep the marketing budget to minimum and grasp the opportunities that the internet provides. She/he should be keen to learn, must respect others, have an abundance of ambition and be willing to work in a growing team. Needs to have a genuine interest in business and be keen to create something from the scratch, so entrepreneurial spirit is vital. An ability and willingness to work from a home office for an initial period is highly desired.
