C 1. Budweiser poolball experiential campaign Budweiser “Poolball” is a concept created by ogilvyargentina, combining the things guys like most, football, beer and a night on the town with their mates, into an oversized game of pool, played with mini soccer balls. The experiential campaign was launched at an event for 600 people, who played in teams of two, on a pool table over 7 metres long, complete with a built in fridge full of Budweiser, of course! The entire event was broadcast live on Fox Sports and ESPN to huge success, and the inside word is that pubs across Buenos Aires in Argentina, are scrambling to replicate “Poolball” due to an overwhelming demand from the people! Love it! What do you think? New national sport?

3. Fiat street evoi phone app In madrid, fiat wanted to promote the new PuntoEvo to a tech savy target market so they (and Leo burnett) came up with this mobile app that treats road signs like QR Codes. By capturing the signs with the app, users get information on various features of the Evo. For example; a stop sign will tell the user all about the new breaking system, a curve ahead sign will tell the user that the car has an intelligent lighting system that guides you in curves. For added incentive Street Evo was also a game, hundreds of prizes were hidden in the traffic signs, the first ones to discover them won the prize! With a small budget Fiat managed to create their largest ever outdoor campaign with over 1,000,000 traffic signs being spotted on week one. The app also directed people to their nearest Fiat dealer via GPS which saw an 82% increase in test drives.
