    2. Spirituality is basic to being human Spirituality deals with matters of the spirit, As emotionality deals with matters of emotions
    3. Spirituality can be about: Connection Meaning
    4. Spiritual Sensations are more durable than emotions. More impactful than thoughts
    5. Spirituality can be confused with emotions Spiritual sensations include: Emotional sensations include: •Satisfaction •Joy •Depression •Sadness •Ennui •Boredom •Love •Desire
    6. Spirituality ≠ religion Religion is just one way of expressing spirituality.
    7. Spirituality can involve god, but doesn’t have to. Spirituality must involve your spirit, which is to say: YOU
    8. Our spirit is part of everything we do
    9. Our spirits are present at work, but often ignored
    10. But, we can make the choice to pay attention to our spirituality in our work
    11. By attending to our spiritual needs at work, we can make work more… Pleasant Meaningful
    12. How can we feed our spirit at work?
    13. Spirit wants meaning. My work makes a difference in the world My work is important
    14. Spirit wants accomplishment.
    15. Accomplishment: the work matters
    16. Accomplishment: we’ve achieved something we found challenging.
    17. Our spirits seek community.
    18. Frustrations and barriers are opportunities to grow.
    19. Community is created when we appreciate those around us in our work lives and share our lives with them.
    20. Notice the world around you. Appreciate it for what it is, not what you want it to be.
