  • Marketing and Compensation Plan Explanation Overview The Ignite 360 compensation plan was designed to offer our consultants the opportunity to develop a significant income through retail- ing our services and enhancing that income through enrolling others who retail our services. Our goal is to facilitate personal and finan- cial growth and success through your Ignite 360 business. As an Independent Cloud Consultant (CC) you will have your own personal Ignite 360 Website linked to the company’s master website where you can direct potential clients and potential CC’s while being assured that they will be electronically linked to you for commis- sions and bonuses. Why the name Cloud Consultant? Cloud computing is Internet-based computing, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices on demand. Also referred to as Software as a Service. Ignite 360 delivers cloud computing. Therefore representing Ignite 360 you are representing Cloud Computing, hence a Cloud Consultant. People who join Ignite 360 as CC’s are trained to provide the individual consumer and the small business owner with innovative Soft- ware as a Service (SaaS) solutions. Ignite 360 combines the proven results of high touch direct selling with the fastest growing seg- ment of the software industry, SaaS. Our software products, social network and online business tools help secure long term client loyalty and Recurring Monthly Revenue. Creating your “Book of Business” Client account base is at the foundation of your ongoing business success. You Begin as a Cloud Consultant You begin your Ignite 360 business by initiating an Independent Cloud Consultant agreement, and purchasing your Cloud Consultant Starter Package ($49.95). This Package provides you with: a replicated website, easy-to-use back office to manage your genealogy and track commissions, real-time commission payment and tracking, a lead generation management tools, full multi-channel opportu- nity presentation library, personalized landing page videos, an array of product, industry, and company pdfs, and an array of multi-chan- nel marketing and advertising tools. Your Enroller and immediate up-line will assist you in acquiring your first 100 to 150 Client points for rank and active qualifications. Your CC agreement has a place for your signature along with your Enroller that will be helping you begin and build your business. During this short learning period you will work with your enroller as well as complete CC Training at Ignite 360 Online Training. This on-
  • line interactive training is held weekly and is designed to support your initial efforts. During this training time you will “earn as you learn” and will benefit by receiving a 30% retail commission on any new Client subscriptions that you acquire. The Ignite 360 Compensation Plan is built to reward CC’s in multiple ways. Rewards come from retail sales to clients, building a sales organization, and helping Ignite 360 to develop leaders in the organization. Let’s look at each way you can be rewarded in detail. Let’s start by explaining the Ignite 360 Client Point System Creating Client Points: Ignite 360 has assigned a Client Point Value (referred to as PV) to each product and Client subscription ser- vice offering or product purchases. Client Points are used for determining monthly retail commission and qualifications for rank promo- tions as well as the maintenance requirements to be “Paid As” the rank at which a CC has qualified. Personal Client Points are deter- mined by the points earned on Retail Client Subscriptions, Business Client Subscriptions and Product Sales. Points may be assigned to other services or activities as deemed appropriate by the company. There are multiple product subscriptions available through Ignite 360. While various subscription plans offer varying values and costs, each is assigned a Client Point Value for the purpose of tracking qualifications for rank promotions and maintenance of financial ben- efits. This will become meaningful as you study your compensation plan benefits. Because subscription packages can change based on the individual client needs, the retail price will change accordingly! Therefore the company will usually assign the value of 1 point to $1 in monthly subscription purchases. The packages represented below (Table 3.0) are for example and will change as the Cloud Consultant works with the retail client to customize a package. By working with the client to customize a package the consultant is helping the client purchase what they need and want. This will increase long term retention of the client and in turn reward the consultant with long term commissions. Now let’s look at how a Cloud Consultant can be rewarded for acquiring retail clients. First the Cloud Consultant should work toward acquiring their first 150 points. As a CC you are eligible to earn a 30% commission on the first month’s subscription of any new client. A Cloud Consultant must have 100 to 150 points in monthly subscriptions to be active at certain ranks. . Cloud Consultants may only apply up to 50 Client Points cre- ated by their own optional Client subscription toward the necessary 100 to 150 Client Points for promotion and to be a Activated CC. (Please note, there is no product purchase required to be a Cloud Consultant). In addition, no CC is allowed to purchase a sub- scription for another individual or someone else’s business and you cannot purchase subscriptions for resale. All purchases of your Client’s subscriptions are placed directly with Ignite 360 through your website thereby tracking this Client for the benefit of your personal commission. To become fully active and start receiving all eligible bonuses a CC must register 100 points (PV), have at least 1
  • active personally enrolled CC and 1 active retail client at the time of all bonus runs. Or the CC is Certified and has over $500 points. FAST START BONUS: As a newly enrolled Cloud Consultant you are now ready to start your path to prosperity. You will earn 30% fast start on the first month paid of any new monthly Client subscriptions. Your immediate enroller will earn 20% and their immediate enroller will earn 10%. This al- lows you to start building an income from day one and to help others do the same! (No bonuses will be paid on Fast Start subscriptions BV) Table 1.0 Fast Start Commissions (Paid on the first month of any new Client subscription) RETAIL COMMISSIONS: Upon completion of Ignite 360 Online Training (optional) and completing the acquisition of your first 100 Client Points (no more than 50 Points from your own subscription) you will be eligible to receive ongoing commissions. Now you may begin receiving a commission on Client subscriptions and purchases according to Table 2.0. This is called Recurring Monthly Commissions (RMC) on your personal acquired Client’s monthly subscription fee or product purchases.

Personal Client Point Value (CPV) Retail Commission In Current Month 1 to 199 Points 10% paid weekly 200 to 499 Points 15% paid weekly 500 Points or more Or 20% paid weekly Or 30% if Certified Cloud Consultant Growing Your Sales As a Cloud Consultant, once you qualify for Reoccurring Commissions. You begin each month with a base commission of 10%. Once you have created 200 Personal Client Point Value [PV] in the qualifying month, you become eligible to begin receiving an additional 5% commission on your own client’s monthly subscription fees. Upon creating 500 Personal PV in the qualifying month, you become eligible to increase another 5% up to 20% commission on your own client’s monthly subscription fees. This Enhanced commission includes all personally enrolled client subscription fees paid that month. Depending on your total personal retail or business sales, you can increase your commission on your personal sales from the base commission of 10% to 15% or even up to 20%. Each month begins a new cycle of qualification. As a Certified Cloud Consultant you may increase another 10% for a total of 30% on personal client sales above 500 client points. Commissions are paid in the current month based on the qualifications in the previous month. So if the previous month you had 201 points you would be paid commissions on Client revenue in the current month of 15%. Ignite 360 offers an array of products delivered Software as a Service. These products can be purchased as monthly subscription pack- ages by your retail clients. For retail clients, Ignite 360 has created several recommended subscription packages. These packages are customizable to fit your specific individual or family needs. These are the recommended packages only and can personalize each pack- age to suit your own individual needs.

While CCs may benefit from being a Client and will also have the option of becoming a Client themselves, they are not required to do so to participate in the Ignite 360 business as a CC. Let’s now look at how you earn bonuses on introducing others to the Ignite 360 opportunity. As an activated CC you now have the opportunity to begin building a CC Sales Team and helping your new recruits to sell Ignite 360 Client subscriptions. When you personally enroll a new Cloud Consultant, you may qualify to receive a special Fast Start Commission (see Table 1.0) by helping those you enrolled acquire new Client subscriptions. An Enroller is an existing Cloud Consultant of any rank that first explains the Ignite 360 income opportunity to a potential new Cloud Consultant, and subsequently helps them to enroll as a Cloud Consultant. The Ignite 360 computer system thereby recognizes an “En- roller Relationship” between these two Cloud Consultants and maintains it accordingly. There are many ways to earn money from your Ignite 360 business. Keep in mind that all these ways of earning income are cumula- tive, and can reward you generously for your efforts.
  • Management Bonuses: Working with others to build a team When you help the people you enroll to begin acquiring their own Client accounts and to begin building their own team of CC’s you help them become successful while you build depth in your organization. Two important concepts that need explained here. When you enroll someone they may be placed anywhere in your downline. They are your Personally Enrolled. Your Front Line is the individuals placed as you’re direct down line either enrolled by you or someone else. So let’s explain the genealogies. There are two: Genealogy One: this is the direct line of consultants in each of your legs regardless of who they are enrolled by. Genealogy Two: this is a subset of the first One. This line is a function of Enroller. When you enroll someone, and they enroll someone and so forth, Ignite 360 keeps this data. This is important because there are specific bonuses paid to enrollers. Ignite 360 compensates you for building depth by paying you through up to seven Levels of your CC’s acquired Client subscriptions. The term “Level” is used to describe your relationship to the other CC’s. When someone is enrolled by you or someone else and placed downline from you they are placed on a certain level below you. You can be paid in multiple ways based on their sales volume. (See Table 4.0) You can earn the right to receive bonuses on each of the seven levels of CC’s Client subscriptions created by the downline Clients. Additionally you can earn generational bonuses to extremely deep levels based on building leaders in your downline. 3 by 7 MATRIX, PLUS TWO The Ignite 360 Cloud Consultant Management Bonuses are part of what we call a 3 by 7 Matrix Plus Two. A CC can only personally have three downline consultants on their Front Line, and so on and so forth. As you personally enroll more CC’s you place them in your downline in a strategic fashion to encourage and reward those in your downline. This helps generate excitement and growth of three strong legs in your organization. Once you have fully filled up one leg to seven levels, you may open your fourth by enrolling someone on your Front Line and putting them directly under you. Now you can begin to build another leg. Once you have a second leg complete- ly full to seven levels you can begin a fifth. (Five legs are the maximum). This exciting structure promotes strength on your organization while allowing top performers to build even larger organizations in their fourth and fifth legs. To Remaining Active: To be considered Active as a CC and be eligible to earn Recurring Monthly Bonuses on the clients of your down- line CC’s you must maintain minimum requirements as shown in Table 4.0 and 5.0. These minimum requirements affect your Paid as Rank.

Matching Bonus: Ignite 360 continues to reward you for building your business and for being instrumental in helping to build others businesses. Once you have personally enrolled 3 active Cloud Consultants and have achieved the rank of Team leader you are now eligible to receive a matching bonus of 20% on your personally enrolled Cloud Consultants. This means each month you will earn an additional bonus equal to 20% of their bonus. Upon personally enrolling 4 – 9 cloud consultants you are eligible to receive an additional 10% or 5% matching bonus on your personally enrolled Cloud Consultants personally enrolled. You can receive this bonus for up to a total of 3 additional levels totaling 40%.
  • Qualifications: • First Personally Enrolled Generation at 20% of enrollee’s bonus: 3 personally enrolled and active • Second Enrolled Generation at 10% of enrollee’s bonus: 5 personally enrolled and active • Third Enrolled Generation at 5% of enrollee’s bonus: 7 personally enrolled and active • Forth Enrolled Generation at 5% of enrollee’s bonus: 9 personally enrolled and active
  • Executive Phase Executive Phase Generation Bonuses - When you become a Rainmaker and are qualified as a Rainmaker under the plan, besides your opportunity to be paid through up to 7 active levels, you now may begin to qualify for “Generation Bonuses.” Leaders Paid on Leaders When a CC’s that you personally enrolled achieves the rank of Presidential Rainmaker, the new Presidential Rainmaker becomes your Generation 1 Presidential Rainmaker. You will now begin receiving an increased new bonus of 3% Generation Bonus on that Presi- dential Rainmaker’s personal Group Bonus Volume (GBV) to unlimited depth until reaching another Presidential Rainmaker or higher rank in a particular downline. When your 1st Generation Presidential Rainmaker has someone they personally enrolled in her/his group who becomes a 1st Genera- tion Presidential Rainmaker, that person’s organization becomest your 2nd Generation, etc. Generation Bonuses are paid to unlimited depth in each generation until another Presidential Rainmaker or higher rank person is found. This continues down to the maximum number of generations. (See Table 5, 6, 7 below) Table 5.0 Generation 1 Bonuses

Qualifications: 1. Personally Active 2. Six active personally enrolled CC’s 3. Generate 25,000 in TGCP each month for 2 consecutive months. Monthly Maintenance: 1. Personally Active 2. Maintain 15,000 in TGCP in the pay period, and
  • Executive Rainmaker: This qualifies you for generation 2 bonuses. Qualifications: 1. Personally Active 2. Seven active personally enrolled CC’s 3. Generate 75,000 in TGCP each month for 2 consecutive months. Monthly Maintenance: 1. Personally Active 2. Maintain 50,000 in TGCP Presidential Rainmaker: This qualifies you for generation 3 bonuses. Qualifications: 1. Personally Active 2. Nine active personally enrolled CC’s 3. Generate 150,000 in TGCP each month for 2 consecutive months Monthly Maintenance: 1. Personally Active 2. Maintain 100,000 in TGCP Last let’s look at how a Cloud Consultant is rewarded for developing Leaders National Leadership Bonus Pool Each calendar quarter, Ignite 360 divides 1% of its total Bonus Volume into three National Leadership Bonus Pools. These 3 different pools Silver, Gold and Platinum hold 50%, 30%, and 20% respectively of National BV. You may earn shares in each based on develop- ing Presidential Rainmakers that you personally enrolled. In order to qualify to earn shares in these bonus pools the following is re- quired: a. You must be Fully Activate and Qualified as a Presidential Rainmaker rank or higher at least 90 days prior to share disbursement and in the quarter in order to redeem these shares
  • b. You must be in compliance with the Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations and abide by the company “Code of Ethics” as stated in the Ignite 360 Cloud Consultant Manual. (This is at the sole discretion of the Ignite 360 Management Team.) c. You must make a reasonable attempt to attend regional and national events and conventions for the entire timeframe. Following are the qualifications for the National Leadership Bonus Pool: Pool 1: Silver Presidential Rainmaker Pool: a) Qualification: Earn the rank of Silver Presidential Rainmaker by being an Active and Qualified Presidential Rainmaker and pro- moting a personally enrolled Executive Rainmaker on your Team to the rank of Qualified Presidential Rainmaker. You will then be promoted to the rank of Silver Presidential Rainmaker. Upon earning and maintaining the rank of Silver Presidential Rain- maker you may qualify for one share in the Silver Presidential Rainmaker Pool. b) Maintenance: You must personally meet the minimum maintenance qualification of a Presidential Rainmaker each pay period to earn shares in the National Leadership Bonus Pool. Pool 2: Gold Presidential Rainmaker Pool: a) Qualification: Earn the rank of Gold Presidential Rainmaker by being an Active and Qualified Silver Rainmaker and promoting a second personally enrolled Executive Rainmaker on your Team to the rank of Qualified Presidential Rainmaker. You will then be promoted to the rank of Gold Presidential Rainmaker. Upon earning and maintaining the rank of Gold Presidential Rainmaker you may qualify to earn one share in the Gold Presidential Rainmaker Pool. Plus you will now have two shares in the Silver Presidential Rainmaker Pool. b) Maintenance: You must personally meet the minimum maintenance qualification of a Gold Rainmaker each pay period to earn shares in the Gold Rainmaker Pool. Pool 3: Platinum Presidential Rainmaker Pool: a) Qualification: Earn the rank of Platinum Presidential Rainmaker by being an Active and Qualified Gold Rainmaker and promot- ing a third personally enrolled Executive Rainmaker on your Team to the rank of Active and Qualified Presidential Rainmaker. You will then be promoted to the rank of Platinum Presidential Rainmaker. Upon earning and maintaining the rank of Platinum Presidential Rainmaker you may qualify to earn one share in the Platinum Presidential Rainmaker Pool. Plus you will now have three shares in the Silver Rainmaker Pool and two shares in the Gold Rainmaker Pool.
  • b) Maintenance: You must personally meet the minimum maintenance qualification of a National Executive Rainmaker each pay period to earn shares in the National Executive Rainmaker Pool. For each additional Qualified Presidential Rainmaker beyond the initial three that you personally enroll, you will receive one additional share in each pool. Determining Share Value: For each of the pools, the dollar amount of the National BV for that pool and that quarter will be divided by the number of shares in the pool. Once share value is determined, each eligible participant will be rewarded based on the determined share value times the number of shares they have earned. The more shares you have, the more you will earn of the national sales of the company. All shares will be redeemed once per quarter and divided by share numbers between all eligible Presidential Rainmaker Ranks or higher. Table 8.0 National Leadership Bonus Pool • Equals 1% of Total Company Annual Bonus Value • Platinum • Platinum Rainmakers earn 0.20 Gold 20% 1 Share of Pool A, B and C. Silver 20% SIlver Rainmakers Gold Rainmakers 50% 0.50 earn 1 Share of PoolA earn 1 Share of Pool A and B. 30% 0.30 Glossary of Terms ACTIVE: To be considered “Active” as a Cloud Consultant, and thereby eligible to receive bonuses on the sales of Cloud Consultants in your organization, you will be required to maintain 100 Client Points and one active CC that is personally enrolled. APPLICATION AND/OR AGREEMENT FORM: This is a legally binding agreement between you and the Company, which covers your rights, duties, and responsibilities and those of the Company. This is vital and necessary information. The Policies & Procedures are an extension of this Agreement. They are incorporated into this Agreement, made a part of it, and should be read carefully. BONUS: Not to be confused with Commissions. This is the remuneration that is based on the percentage of sales volume of others,
  • downline of the payee, in accordance with the respective provisions of the Compensation Plan. BONUS QUALIFIED: You are Bonus Qualified when you are a Cloud Consultant in good standing and have met the minimum personal sales requirements to be considered “Active” for the applicable pay period. However Bonuses are not paid on the first month of any new client subscriptions. BONUS VALUE (BV): The assigned dollar volume for qualification and calculation of bonuses on the products sold, usually equivalent to product or service suggested Retail Value (SRV), but may be different on some lower margin items. Most business products will have a lower BV because of the higher cost of goods sold. CLOUD CONSULTANT STARTER PACKAGE: Upon starting your Ignite 360 business you will be required to purchase a $49.95 business start up package. This package contains valuable and cost effective tools that will enable you to start to develop and grow your business from day one. These tools are valuable and well-developed and will enhance your growth if you use them correctly, however you may choose not to utilize all of the tools pro- vided. COMMISSION: The specified difference between the customer retail price for a product or service and the designated amount of money that a Cloud Consultant earns when a product is sold at retail is Commission. This should not to be mistaken as a Bonus which occurs on the downline team sales. Some companies call a bonus a commission. It is important to understand the difference. It is not necessary to be “active” in order to be eligible to receive Commissions. COMPANY: Ignite 360, Inc. COMPENSATION PLAN: (Sometimes called the “Marketing Plan”.) The official set of definitions and performance requirements, as published in Ignite 360 Independent Cloud Consultant Manual by which it pays its Independent Cloud Consultants. COMPRESSION: Bonuses are earned by and paid to Cloud Consultants that are Bonus Qualified. When a Cloud Consultant fails to meet the minimum maintenance requirements for earning bonuses in a pay period at his or her titled position, the Company’s computer searches downline until it finds a Cloud Consultant who is Bonus Qualified no matter how far downline it has to search. That qualified Cloud Consultants personal volume for the Bonus plan then “Compresses” to include all the volume that may have been generated by all non-qualified Cloud Consultants in between to create the next level until it has satisfied its payout requirements with qualified Cloud Consultant levels. The term “Compression” is used to describe the temporary condition that occurs when a Cloud Consultant fails to meet the maintenance requirements for a particular pay period and the term. Compression does not apply to Enroller Matching Bonus- es. (See also “Rollup”)
  • DIRECT: Refers to a Cloud Consultant that you have personally and directly enrolled. (See “Leg”) DOWNLINE: Those people directly on your Front Line plus all the people directly under your front line and so on and so forth. Your Downline consists of all Cloud Consultants on your Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc., through unlimited depth. (See “Level”) ENROLL: To sign and submit an Independent Cloud Consultant Application and Agreement form to Ignite 360 for the purpose of be- coming a Cloud Consultant for the Company. ENROLLEE: A newly enrolled Cloud Consultant. ENROLLER: An Enroller is an existing Cloud Consultant of any rank that first explains the Ignite 360 opportunity to a potential new Cloud Consultant, and subsequently helps them to enroll as a Cloud Consultant. Ignite 360 computer thereby recognizes an “Enroller relationship” between these two Cloud Consultants and maintains it accordingly. FRONT LINE: Refers to all Cloud Consultants that are placed first level directly under you by you, a particular Cloud Consultant above you or by the Company. (See also “Direct”) GENEALOGY: The complete set of relationships (as defined by “Levels” and “Legs”) between a Cloud Consultant and his or her Upline and Downline. It is the “family tree” of any Cloud Consultant. GENEALOGY REPORT: A computer display, electronic file or printout of your Downline. I.D. #: The identification number used by the Company to identify each Cloud Consultant for Compensation Plan purposes. INDEPENDENT CLOUD CONSULTANT: The generic name for an independent contractor who has signed an Independent Cloud Consultant Application and Agreement form with the Company, and whose Independent Cloud Consultant Application and Agreement the Company has accepted. Upon acceptance of such Agreement by the Company, an Independent Cloud Consultant can enroll other people into their Downline retail Sales Organization. An Independent Cloud Consultant is eligible to earn Commissions and Bonuses in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Compensation Plan. INDIRECT: All Cloud Consultants in your Downline that are not directly enrolled by you. (See also “Downline”). LEG: Each personally enrolled Cloud Consultant and those enrolled by upline on your first level is part of your total Downline and is a separate “Leg.” You and your entire Sales Organization (Downline) are one “Leg” to your immediate upline. LEVEL: The compensation plan has multiple levels for compensation purposes. Level one would be the people who have been enrolled
  • and placed directly under you. Level two are the people that are placed directly under your level one. And so on and so forth. MAINTENANCE: The standard of performance involving a Cloud Consultant that is required for that Cloud Consultant to continue being “Paid As” a particular rank after meeting the initial qualification requirements for that rank. MARKETING PLAN: In Network Marketing this is also known as the Compensation Plan. It is usually depicted in a graphic manner in a promotional brochure and in detail in the Company’s manual. MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING (MLM): Another name for network marketing. (See “Network Marketing”) NETWORK MARKETING: This is a non-storefront type of selling where a manufacturer (a network marketing company) or its Cloud Consultants sells directly to the consumer through a “network” of independent contractors, rather than through conventional outlets. Cloud Consultants multiply themselves directly and indirectly by enrolling other Cloud Consultants and are paid accordingly on multiple levels. OPPORTUNITY MEETING: A periodic meeting, or gathering of Network Marketing Cloud Consultants for the purpose of introducing and explaining the financial opportunities to prospects. PAID AS: Cloud Consultants that have earned the various title designations according to their enrolling and sales performance will retain those titles indefinitely even if they do not meet the specified bonus qualifications in a pay period. However, they will be PAID AS the position in the compensation plan which they meet bonus qualifications for the pay period. PERSONAL GROUP: For purposes of this Compensation Plan, a Personal Group consists of a Cloud Consultant at the top of a Sales Organization, and every Cloud Consultant below that person in that Organization, through each and every Leg. POLICIES & PROCEDURES: The governing rules of Ignite 360 that define the relationship between the Company and its Cloud Con- sultants, as well as between Cloud Consultants and other Cloud Consultants. The Policies & Procedures are specifically incorporated into and made a part of the Independent Cloud Consultant’s Agreement, which each Cloud Consultant must sign in order to enroll. PROSPECT: A person to whom you want to offer the Ignite 360 opportunity. RANK: A new title is claimed at each level with increased percentages of bonus participation. You will always carry the title of the high- est rank you reach, but are paid at the rank for which you qualify each month. RECRUITING: Inviting others to join your organization to share the same opportunity.
  • RENEWAL: Ignite 360 Cloud Consultants must renew their Independent Cloud Consultant Agreement each year no later than the an- niversary date of their joining the Company. If a Cloud Consultant does not renew their relationship with Ignite 360, they will be dropped from the computer files and any enrolled Cloud Consultants will be moved up to the next active Cloud Consultant. If they wish to rejoin Ignite 360 at a later date, they may not reclaim their previous rank or Downline, but must join at the standard entry level in the program. (See “Roll-up”) RETAIL: Sales of Ignite 360 products and services to the end users of them. Retail sales are the foundation of your Ignite 360 busi- ness, and the ultimate purpose of all other activities within the business, including enrolling, training, etc. RETAIL COMMISSION: Regardless of your rank, you have the opportunity to purchase and sell products and services and receive a retail commission on all of the Ignite 360 products and services. ROLL-UP: The permanent form of Compression. When a Cloud Consultant terminates his Independent Cloud Consultant Agreement or does not exercise his yearly renewal, his entire Downline rolls to the immediate upline or the next qualified person and his name is deleted from the Company records. (See “Compression”). SALES ORGANIZATION: Your Sales Organization consists of you and the legs created by the people on your front line and that you directly enroll as Cloud Consultants, and the people that they enroll as Cloud Consultants, and so on, and so on, and so on. There is no limit to how deep that you’re Sales Organization can grow. (See “Downline” and “Leg”) SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE: The retail price as suggested by the Company! An Independent Cloud Consultant may not sell the prod- uct or service for whatever price he or she chooses. UNLIMITED DEPTH: As used in this Compensation Plan, the term “unlimited depth” describes any number of levels in depth that is not blocked by another Independent Cloud Consultant of equal or higher rank. UPLINE: The term “upline” refers to that portion of either your Enroller or direct upline genealogy that precedes you. Your upline con- sists of the Cloud Consultant who is your Enroller and direct upline, and their Enroller and direct upline, and their Enroller and direct upline, etc., all the way to the Company.
