    • 4 SMTP Server Setup Ensure outgoing email delivery SMTP services are used by various modules and ensure that outgoing emails are sent to, and reach, the desired audience. The ‘From’ email can be configured for a specific channel, or for each template at the customer class level, or within the email template master setup. ‘From’ email population ‘From’ email in email template master ‘From’ email defined in channel setup takes highest precedence. If ‘From’ email is not defined in channel setup, but is defined in a customer class email preference, it is populated using the ‘From’ email address defined for that customer class.
