    • EU-wide network of biotech support organisations
    • Aims:
    • To reduce fragmentation of biotech in Europe
    • Create level playing field for company operation
    • Transform competitiveness to cooperation between regions
    • Create a platform for EU initiatives and networks

    • Sharing good practice in biotech support
    • Ease of communication between regions/companies
    • Pan- European initiatives and projects

    • Inaugural meeting – 14 th September 2007, Crete
    • Group to bring incubation specialists together from across Europe – online and face to face
    • Forum to share experience, knowledge, develop partnerships and international relationships, create FP7 and CIP proposals, guide local policy on incubation

    • CEBR support:
    • Quarterly meetings hosted by Members (Italy, January 2008)
    • Online facility with discussion board, library, news centre (launched in next 2 months)
