    • What did you implement Field consultations are completed and views from farmers have been integrated in design of PRICE Project. Digitalized of project documents done in PDRCIU, PAPSTA and KWAMP and ongoing in PPPMER and PDCRE Physical documentation is completed in all projects Peer learning groups created for M&E, Project Coordinators, Finance Managers and Procurement Officers, Water user Associations, Farmer Field Schools, Rice Intensification System ( SRI) KM workshop not yet implemented but planned for July 2011 Study tours on sericulture , handcraft, fruit transformation,rural finance and SMEs development Learning routes on rural finance and gender mainstreaming , micro credit system22/06/2011 Presentation of Country experience 3
    • Next ………. Documentary film done Cooperatives have been supported during participation in agriculture show held in June 2011 Success stories (Animal insurance, kitchen garden, inteko y’imihigo, cup of excellence, Local Management and Supervision Committees ( CLGSs),Resource Person and Village Relays(RP&VR) and Community Innovation Centre (CIC), fora for community competitions Sector KM strategy ToR developed and recruitment of Consultant ongoing.22/06/2011 Presentation of Country experience 4

What has worked and why? Field consultations: findings out views from stakeholders and inputs for the design mission of the PDCRE phase II Forming peer learning groups: shared best practices and exchange of skills Digitalization of project documents: easy access of documents Study tours, learning routes experiences: Documentary film: dissemination of project success and impact, using TV that reaches out to many and feedback shared Trade fairs and Agriculture show: appreciation of products Success stories: Innovation to be replicated in other areas.
