    • No Subsidy in the whole chain, only in the loan
    • repayment of financial institution (4% rate) to develop the Ag/Ag biz

      • Other Supporting Financial Service ( to overcome the collateral provision challenge ): Equity, Leasing, Risk Transfer (insurance, weather index-based insurance)
