Background to Plugged in Places Project• PIP is a £20 million fund initially set up to help fund electric vehicle charging infrastructure in 3-9 regions within the UK• Successful bids in ‘Wave 1’ = London, Newcastle, Milton Keynes• Northern Ireland bid for funding in ‘Wave 2’• Pilot project to run 2011-2013
