    • Formation of informal team during R10 SC held in Singapore to be guided by Prasanna Venkatesan

    • Officially introduced GINI in Delhi Section on 1 st September 2009
    • Formation of interim hubs and assigned hub leaders

    • Held on 1 st September, 2009 in Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi
    • Attended by Section Chair, Section SAC, R10 SAC and other section office bearers
    • Attended by over 20 student branches
    • Concept explained by Professor Mini Thomas, Prasanna Venkatesan and Ashutosh Mondal
    • Hub division and appointment of interim hub leaders
    • Evening session attended by Lewis Terman, IEEE President 2008 and other HQ Dignitaries

    • Outdated branch information and stats
    • Lack of effective communication channels
    • Lack of information about GINI among student branch officers
  • 7. Plan of Action
    • Setup micro level networking among 3-4 student branches with emphasis on at least 1 dead branch
    • Effort to be led by JMI, PEC and other vibrant student branches like NSIT, IGIT etc.
    • Proper setting up of Delhi Section GINI Website delhi.gini.r10sac.org
    • Imparting knowledge for effective website usage to student branch officers
