iDlogik is an Australian online startup that allows employers to recruit organically, via social networking style links on their website and within specific job ads. Candidates simply link their eResume to employers in response to an advertised job, or simply as an expression of interest in future opportunities.

Employers are also able to take a more pro-active approach in locating candidates via the system through highly targeted system-wide job alerts, and powerful XML database searches.
