  • Case: Archie – Facts Slide-­‐  Completely  deployed  and  opera1onal.  Operated   by  museum  staff.  -­‐  One  of  the  most  advanced  mobile  guides  that  is   currently  in  use  in  a  real  life  situa1on  (over  one   hour  game,  whole  museum  as  a  game  arena,  collabora1ve   mobile  game,  personalisa1on,  loca1on  detec1on,  VOIP,  rich   graphical  designs,  used  with  up  to  120  simultaneous   users,...).  -­‐  Advanced  yet  very  fragile  techology.  -­‐  Deployment  phase  oZen  neglected  in  R&D.   Many  things  to  learn  for  academia...  
  • Case: Archie – Facts Slide-­‐  Pre-­‐deployment  evalua1ons  with  ~1000  test   users.  -­‐  Real  life  usage  about  50  –  400  persons  a  week   since  november.  -­‐  Experience  it  in  the  Gallo-­‐Roman  musem  in   Tongeren.
