Monitoring ServicesMonitoring Services We will continuously monitor (at defined intervals) the complete user journey from login till Checkout, which usually includes 5-6 transaction points to be monitored. In case any failure alert is triggered we will either fix it or alert the appropriate team. We will ping a web page of your choice (ex: a search result page) at a defined interval to ensure that website is up and Page responses are within expected level. We will ping all the mission critical 3rd party Webservices to ensure that they are responding to our pings and that the responses are received by Demandware. Few examples are: •Product Recommendation services •Imaging based services 24x7 User Transaction journey 24x7 Webservices Monitoring 24x7 Custom store front Monitoring 24x7 Custom Jobs Monitoring We will track all mission critical jobs to monitor/fix if they have Delayed Run times or finished with errors.
