Millennium Challenge Account - Mali MCA-Mali conducts its operations in compliance with the MCC Governance Guidelines for Accountable Entities Board - Representatives from the President Office, Ministries, Civil Society, Private Sectors & MCC Board assisted by the Advisory Councils, Management Unit and Implementation Entities Staff of the Management Unit are selected based on open, fair, transparent and competitive procedures Appointed independent agents to manage procurement and financial functions
