      • Update on the International disaster reduction day in Hue (SC)
      • Disaster response situation storm No. 9  Ketsana (GOV-NGO-UN)
        • Experiences on the Joint Need assessment
        • Quick impact assessment on the Ketsana support
      • Cluster approaches (UN-OCHA) (any update on food-nutrition, WASH, Edu, non food items and shelter?
    • Technical corner (60 minutes)
      • Mr. Duong of WV presentation and led discussion on coordination for emergency support in central Vietnam (please bring your organizational experiences for sharing). Highlight and address any gaps or overlaps in coverage of affected populations in central provinces

    • One thousand people joined together
    • 200 students made a strong Bicycle marching along streets
    • Top leaders of the province gave speech,
    • Important participation: Central Disaster Management Center (DMC), Ministry of Education, Department of Health, PCFSC,
    • WHO, DWF, IFRC, and Save The Children, DWF
    • Business gave presents to disaster victims
    • Television broadcasted the hot news
    • Follow-up activities in the communes including singing program, food-ball match finals
